mzML Viewer

MS1 peaks binned into a 2D intensity map (RT × m/z, color = log intensity). Zoom in — the grid rebins to the current view.
MS/MS Spectrum
Click an MS/MS marker (×) on the heatmap, or enter a scan number, to view its fragmentation spectrum.
Extracted Ion Chromatogram (XIC)
Enter a target m/z and click Compute XIC to overlay the extracted ion chromatogram across all uploaded files.
