FBMN Plotter

Plot a feature-based molecular networking feature's peak-area abundance across metadata groups — box or violin — straight from a GNPS2 Task ID. The quantification table and metadata are fetched for you; the melt and the plotting run entirely in your browser. A client-side port of the GNPS2 Plotter Dashboard (Group Explorer).
